“ Was in Springfield on business and my friend and I were looking for a place for dinner. We both enjoy middle eastern and Mediterranean restaurants so seeing the menu at Liberty we were in. Was not expecting excellent Palestinian Maqluba. Chicken was delicious and the rice was flavorful. Whole dish was great. They were friendly and fast. Solid customer service experience. The restaurant is not huge but was inviting and comfortable. Would highly recommend! ”
“ Stopped by this place a few nights ago but forgot to take photos! The food was amazing! The owner and staff were so kind and welcoming and the restaurant itself was very cozy and clean! I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area! ”
“ Everything was so delicious and the service was amazing!!! The place had a cute cozy feel..Would definitely recommend. ”
“ The service and the food is phenomenal. They are so friendly and I had the falafel gyro whereas my husband got the lamb gyro and our toddler had hummus and pita. The falafel was the best I've had; my husband's lamb gyro was stuffed and my toddler ate the hummus by the spoonful. We will be coming back here should we ever visit Springfield again. ”
“ The cozy and cool ambiance you get from just entering speaks for itself. The restaurant is small, but the seating arrangement makes it feel very welcoming, especially the middle table, meant to bring friends and groups of people to eat together. It's very homey and cozy inside. Ordering was easy because the cashier is able to explain every dish on the menu with specifics on what it contains. There is complimentary tea and water. Felt very authentic ~ I ordered a burrito bowl, and it was great! Portion size was large, and it was delicious. Chicken was savory and not dry at all~ the spicy sauce made the flavor so much better. Your given a piece of gum on your plate for after your done with your meal which was a sweet touch. The order is brought to you on a tray~ and they clean up after your gone, so we were asked to leave our tray where they were. If I'm in the area, I'd come again because it was so peaceful inside, everyone was kind, and the food was delicious ~ ”
“ Rating: 4.0 Tried this place on the way back from Big E It's a small local Mediterranean/middle eastern restaurant. Requires street parking. Inside is very cozy and decorated with arts and pictures with relaxing music. Seatings are limited but we sat down to eat since it wasn't busy. I was recommended the chicken and rice plate so I ordered that. Food was good. The chicken was well seasoned and tender but it had a-lot of small bones and was difficult to eat. Rice was good but I felt like there was not enough chicken for the amount of rice given. Side of bread and butter was odd since there was already rice. The dish was a bit odd to me maybe because I was expecting more than just chicken and rice with bread and butter on the side. I feel like side of salad or some more additions would have made the dish more balanced. Service was good and the staff were friendly. They also offer free coffee and tea which was nice. Overall the place was good but i would try something else next time. I may have enjoyed sandwiches or gyro more. ”
“ Service was amazing! Family owned restaurant and all the family members work there. Everyone was so nice. They have complimentary coffee and hot mint tea. The tea was really good and I am not a mint person. The food was absolutely delicious!! You will not find a better steak and cheese sub unless you go to Philly! The tuna sub was phenomenal because you can customize it. They make it fresh. Try the sweet peppers. I am saving this place as a favorite because I will definitely be back. Thank you for the outstanding baklava!! ”
“ Great gyros and delicious food. Very friendly and helpful. The place was small for dine in but great for delivery and takeout ”
“ I recently visited this cafe and was delighted by the robust and delicious flavors. The huge option menu had so many wonderful dishes like Philly cheesesteak, tuna sub, Chicken (or lamb) Maqluba, seasoned fries, grinders, gyros, the list goes on and on. It is family owned and they have a lovely hardworking hospitable family. Food is halal and they have vegan options. The menu had free mint tea or coffee with an order. A gem find! ”
“ Ordered some for lunch ! Gyro with just onions and FF on side. Gyro salad no dressing just taziki' added my own dressing. Will order again next week for my work lunch ”
